Are there any buyer fees?
No platform fees on the buyer side. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Sellers cover the marketplace fee, and on orders of $2 and under nobody pays any fee at all.
Do I need to share my ID to buy?
No. An account on Nagora needs an email at signup, that is it. No biometric ID, no document upload, no surprise verification later.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Returns and refunds depend on each seller's listed return policy. If the item is misdescribed or not delivered, you can open a dispute regardless of the policy.
