THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. NAGORA MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE PLATFORM OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, OR PRODUCTS INCLUDED ON IT.
11. Limitation of liability
NAGORA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, at our sole discretion, for any reason.
13. Governing law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Nagora operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
14. Changes to terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or a notice on the Platform.
