Marketplace trust, measured in released escrows.
Every Nagora order uses escrow by default. This page publishes terminal marketplace totals only: completed escrows, funds released, refunds, disputes, and average resolution time.
Trust should have numbers.
- Funds enter escrow first
- A seller sees funded escrow before shipping. The buyer still has protection if the item is wrong or never arrives.
- Release is visible
- Released escrows show that orders are completing, not just getting stuck in payment limbo.
- Disputes are measurable
- The dispute rate and resolution time make the human review process visible instead of asking users to trust a slogan.
- Updated from production
- These totals come from live escrow, order, and dispute rows. No hand-maintained vanity counter.
